Do you sell direct to the public?
Yes, hiPP.com.au is our online store. However, we mostly sell through a great selection of retailers and businesses engaged in event organisation, manufacturing or re-packaging of goods. Shop online or view a list of our stockists in your area.
Can I buy your products in store?
Yes, hiPP products are available at a number of retail outlets. Please see our stockists page for your closest store.
I am a business, should I register as business use (shop now) or apply for a trade account?
If your business uses hiPP for your own use, you should register as business use (shop now). Examples of own use are buying packaging to wrap your Christmas presents for staff or customers; or buying partyware to cater for your next Sales Meeting; or buying A4 boxes to present your latest proposals to attendees of your national conference. The key here is that you are using the product, rather than on-selling it. As a business use (shop now) customer, you will have an opportunity to declare your business name as you register so it appears on all documentation, and regardless, you will always receive a Tax Invoice in the parcel containing your goods.
However, if your business is as a retailer looking to stock hiPP products for sale, or a professional event organiser using hiPP product to promote or decorate a client’s event, or a manufacturer looking to use hiPP product for your own packaging, where you are on-selling the hiPP product or using it as a component for something you are on-selling, then you may wish to apply for a trade account to become a hiPP Wholesale Partner.
Can I buy immediately?
Yes, if you are a personal shopper or business use (shop now) shopper. Once you provide your details, you can shop immediately, and pay for your goods by Credit Card.
If you believe you qualify to become a hiPP Wholesale Partner, and you apply for a trade account, then your application will go offline while it is assessed in our office. We will endeavour to review your application and come back to you within 3 business days.
What is your minimum order?
If you are a personal shopper or business use (shop now) customer, there is no minimum order. You can generally buy the products as singles/eaches. However, you might like to buy over $50 worth of product across our entire range in order to qualify for FREE delivery within Australia.
If you are a wholesale partner, there is also no minimum order, but you will generally need to order products in their pack multiples, and handling and/or freight charges will vary depending on your location and the amount you spend. Once logged into your account, applicable product unitisation and freight charges will be quoted specifically to you.
How do I order?
Before you start, you must create a login to be able to add products to your cart. When you are logged in you can browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information. When you have found an item that you would like to purchase, enter the quantity you would like to order and click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" button. A display box will appear notifying you that the item you have selected has been added to your shopping bag. This display window will disappear allowing you to continue shopping. You have not purchased any products at this point and can change product quantities or delete items later.
To review the product(s) you wish to purchase click on the "SHOPPING BAG" button at the top right side of the website. Here you are able to update the quantity or remove an item from your bag. When you are happy with your selections, click the "continue to checkout" button.
You will be asked to select your shipping address, which you can edit or remove in this step. When you are happy with your selection, please click the “continue” button.
You are given the opportunity to check your order again before finalising it. Please read and agree to our terms & conditions and click the "payment" button to finalise your order. If you are a personal shopper or business use (shop now) shopper, you can pay via Visa or Mastercard. Be assured, your credit card details are encrypted and processed via the eWay secure payment gateway.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and we will get packing.
A Tax Invoice will automatically be packed with your goods for your reference.
When can I expect my delivery?
Orders are typically processed and packed within 2 business days from receipt of your order. We try our hardest to pack and send orders as quickly as possible but once it leaves our premises we are not able to control the speed of delivery. From despatch, domestic orders generally arrive within 2 – 7 business days and international orders between 10 – 21 business days.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge a flat fee of $10 for personal or business use (shop now) shoppers with FREE shipping for orders over $50 within Australia.
If you are buying from outside Australia, G’day! You will be quoted a price on the spot based on your location and the dimensions/weight of the goods you’ve ordered. We’ve negotiated the best rates for overseas shipping and trust you will be pleased.
Wholesale Partners are charged based on the value of the order and location. For Metropolitan Customers around Australia, handling/freight will be FREE for wholesale orders exceeding $300+gst. Once you have prepared your order and proceeded to checkout, applicable handling/freight charges (if any) will be quoted specifically to you.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Mastercard and Visa through a secure hosted payment gateway provided by eWay.
We offer additional payment options for wholesale partners. You will be advised of your account type upon approval of your application.
Is my transaction secure?
hiPP will use your personal information for the strict management of your order and will not disclose this information to third parties other than our delivery partners. When purchasing from hiPP your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest encryption technology. hiPP does not store your credit card details. Only your personal information is stored in a protected and secure manner and is used only for the purpose for which you provided it. We use eWay secure credit card processing.
How do I make a wish list?
You can create a wish list by adding items to the wish list. Once you've added your items you can choose to delete or move them to your shopping bag. You will need to first register or login on our site to be able to use our wish list.
