Personal & Business (Shop Now) Shoppers

Within Australia: $10 flat rate standard shipping around Australia moving to Free delivery within Australia for orders over $50 in value.

Delivery will usually occur between 2 – 7 business days after your order is despatched.

International delivery:If you are an international customer, at check-out you will be quoted a price for shipping in Australian Dollars (AUD) based on your location and the dimensions/weight of the goods you have ordered. We’ve negotiated the best rates for overseas shipping and trust you will be pleased. Australian 10% GST (domestic tax) is removed at the checkout for all International orders.

International orders are usually expected to arrive between 10 – 21 business days from despatch.

Please be aware that products shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes in your own country. It is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your products. It is advised that you research what these duties and taxes may be before ordering on the hiPP.com.au website.

Wholesale Partners

As a Wholesale Partner (Australia only) you will be charged based on the value of the order and location.

Delivery/handling into all capital citiesfree for orders $300+ (ex gst)
Delivery/handling into all capital cities$25 (plus gst) for orders between $150 and $300 (ex gst)
Delivery/handling /admin into all capital cities$50 (plust gst) for orders up to $150 (ex gst)
onforwarding outside capital cities will incur an additional charge

Once you have prepared your order and proceeded to checkout, applicable handling/freight charges (if any) will automatically be quoted specifically to you.

Note: We try our hardest to pack and send orders as quickly as possible but once it leaves our premises we are not able to control the speed of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and address details. Please do not assume anything – the more information we can give our shipping provider the better the service and speed of delivery.

Returns & exchanges

hiPP.com.au aims to provide our customers with quality products, every time. Each order is carefully packed to ensure the product you receive arrives in the same condition in which it is sent to you.

However, all sales made through the hiPP.com.au website are final. We are unable to give exchanges, refunds or credits, except in the case of defective goods or an incorrect shipment. hiPP.com.au does not refund orders that are cancelled due to change of mind.

We will happily arrange replacement or a refund for goods that are despatched in a faulty condition or are incorrectly supplied. hiPP.com.au will only do this if we hear from you within the following five (5) working days of you receiving your order, and it will be at our discretion as to whether we replace the goods or reimburse you. To arrange this we require a digital photograph(s) of the faulty or incorrectly supplied product sent by email along with your Order Reference ID number and a description of the fault or problem. Please send your request to info@hiPP.com.au. In accepting such a return claim, we will issue you with a Return Notes Number and require that you quote this together with providing a copy of our invoice, when you return the goods. We will also reimburse you for the cost of return carriage in these instances, but require that you use the carrier and service level we nominate. However, at all times we reserve the right to refuse a return claim on any product that we do not deem faulty or damaged. We also reserve the right to refuse a return claim for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods if the above process is not followed.
