how to shop at hiPP

COVID-19 Update

Barama & hiPP will put in place protocols and restrictions to ensure we meet the obligations outlined by the Victorian Government and are committed to playing our part in controlling the spread of coronavirus.

We will continue to strictly operate in an online, phone or email capacity with the showroom closed to the public until further notice.

All trade will continue with contactless Order & Deliver and strict contactless Order & Collect basis. In line with Victorian government regulations, our staff will wear face masks and gloves when picking and packing orders.

Order & Collect: When your order is ready to collect, we will contact you either by email or phone. Your order can then be collected from a trolly at our warehouse entrance and will be clearly labelled with the company name supplied with the order. When collecting orders from our warehouse we will require our customers to wear facemasks and a record of your contact details and time of collection will be kept as required by government regulations. Please be aware that all orders will require payment before collection, unless you have an account with us. Thank you for your continued understanding.

Online Shopping

hiPP is a wholesale business that also offers retail pricing to the general public. Prices, inclusive and exclusive of GST, are shown to cater for both our wholesale and retail customers.
There is a minimum order value of $50.00(exGST) for wholesale customers also a freight and handling charges will apply for order values less than $300.00 exGST. A minimum order value of $50.00 will apply to all retail customers which will also qualify them for free freight. Remote, non mainland destinations, some special and very bulky items will incur freight charges at cost. See specific items and Delivery Details for further information.


We offer either an Order & Deliver or Order & Collect service. Customers are welcome to place orders online that can be collected from our warehouse: Monday - Thursday from 9.00am - 4.30pm, Friday CLOSED. When your order is ready to collect, we will contact you either by email or phone. Your order can then be collected from our warehouse. Simply tick the Collect from our warehouse box when placing your on-line order. See CONTACT US for address details.

All prices shown on our website are RETAIL prices. Wholesale and individual pricing can be accessed by logging into your wholesale account.

If you would like to join the growing list of ‘specialty’ stores and event organiser who stock or use the hiPP.com.au label, please complete the wholesale application form under WHOLESALE APPLICATION on our website. Your application will be reviewed within 3 business days. Please include any information which will assist in your application as a wholesaler of hiPP products.

hipp.com.au personal shoppers are not required to login or create an account to place an order. Simply start shopping our beautiful products!

Showroom

In line with the Victorian COVID-19 regulations, our showroom is closed until further notice. All our products can be viewed and ordered on-line for delivery or collection from our warehouse. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Details


Currently hiPP's online ordering facility is available to delivery within Australia only. Any international customers, please email our office at: .

Wholesale customers (Australia only) you will be charged based on the value of the order and location.

  • Delivery/handling into all capital cities - free for orders $300+ (ex gst)
  • Delivery/handling into all capital cities - $25 (plus gst) for orders between $150 and $300 (ex gst)
  • Delivery/handling /admin into all capital cities - $50 (plust gst) for orders up to $150 (ex gst)
  • onforwarding to regional, remote and non mainland destinations will incur an additional charge.
    Our sales staff will contact you directly with the calculated delivery charge, if applicable.

A minimum order value of $50.00(exGST) applies for wholesale customers

Personal shopper orders are freight free over $50.00 (exGST) with a minimum order value of $50.00(exGST)

Items will be shipped using a reputable courier company as chosen by hiPP.

Our lead time is usually two to three days but may extend out to five days during busy periods before Easter, Mother's Day and Christmas. Urgent orders should be placed online by indicating in the 'Additional Information' box. Urgent or Express Post orders will attract an additional $20.00(exGST) Priority charge. Please note that during the above busy periods urgent orders need to be placed before midday for same day dispatch.


Delivery times will vary according to the parcel's destination and can take up three to five working days for some destinations. We try our hardest to pack and send orders as quickly as possible but once it leaves our premises we are not able to control the speed of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and address details. Please do not assume anything – the more information we can give our shipping provider the better the service and speed of delivery.

Receipt of your order will normally be confirmed within a few minutes of ordering and a confirmation email containing your order details sent.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a further email confirming that the items have been dispatch including the courier's tracking number.
Our couriers are instructed to leave the goods if no one is home, please specify an alternative delivery address if this does not suit.

Should we be out of stock of an existing product you have ordered that item will be backordered (unless the item has been discontinued) and delivered when available with no additional delivery charges. Orders with NEW items that have not arrived in stock will be held until all stock is available. Should this cause any issues, please contact our office.

Order & Collect: orders can be collected from our warehouse. Please indicate this by selecting 'Collect from our warehouse' as the shipping option at CHECKOUT. When your order is ready to collect, we will contact you either by email or phone. Your order can then be collected from our warehouse.

Payment & Security

Order and Pay Online Securely
hiPP's online ordering can accept payment via credit card using MASTERCARD or VISA credit cards, all prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD).

All credit card transactions are protected using 40-bit minimum to 256-bit encryption SSL Certificate and the eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY is an authorized third party processor for all the major Australian banks. This is a secure site as indicated by your browser, we provide a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

Account customers should pay on invoice, as per agreed terms.

We have made every effort to represent our products on this website as accurately as possible however we do recognize that ordering on the Web, sight unseen, requires trust. At hiPP you can shop online with the comfort of knowing that if you are not satisfied with an item you can receive a credit for the purchase.
